Thanks for taking time to check out our Volunteer page! 

 

Seedstock would not exist without the efforts of the community that surrounds it.  We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have so many talented and motivated people willing to lend a hand in all the different facets of organizing and running Seedstock.  With our recent move from a one-day event to a full weekend festival, the scope of that work has multiplied and we're that much more aware of just how important our volunteer family has become.

Below you will find an application that must be filled out to become a Seedstock volunteer.  All volunteers must be 18 years of age or older (minors who are interested in volunteering require a signature from their parent/guardian). Volunteer shifts will be filled at our discretion and space is limited. 

​

***All volunteers will complete 6 hours of work over the course of the weekend***

All shifts will be assigned by the Seedstock Volunteer Supervisor

​

General Volunteer responsibilities throughout the weekend may include:

• Welcoming patrons and wristband applications 

• Box office assistance

• Front Gate assistance

• Grounds, Camping and other entry check points

• Catering assistance

• Security assistance

• Artist and Staff check-in assistance

• Campground assitance

• Sorting collected recycling and compost for proper distribution

• Watching the waste stations and teaching patrons how to properly dispose of compost, recycling and garbage

What you receive in exchange for hours worked:

• (1) Festival weekend pass w/ camping

​
